Angela Scott

Angela Scott graduated in 2016 from California State University – Chico with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and a minor in Agricultural Business. She served as Vice President and Recruitment Chair of the Alpha Iota Chapter while at Chico State. In 2018, Angela began buying feeder cattle – that little side hustle has since grown to supply pasture-to-plate beef to the Dallas-Fort Worth area in her current home state of Texas. This fall, Angela and her husband will welcome their baby boy and future ranch hand to the family!

Not having grown up directly involved in production agriculture, Angela is deeply passionate about helping young women pursue the goals they have set and building a life they desire. She is intentional about developing emotional intelligence, business acumen, and sustainable stewardship – in her own life as well as in others.

Teresa Brandenburg

Teresa has been passionate about agriculture from an early age, and this passion led her to earn her B.S. in Agriculture Education from Iowa State University, where she was an active member of the Delta Chapter.

After graduation, she moved to Kansas where she and her husband, Luke, are the fifth generation on his family’s farm with their three boys. They raise soybeans, wheat, and grain sorghum and manage a cow-calf herd, and Teresa has volunteered with the Kansas Soybean Association for over 13 years, recently finishing her term as Board President.

In 2019, after nearly a decade in the classroom as a science and agriculture teacher, Teresa came to work at Sigma Alpha Headquarters as the Chapter Operations Manager.  She loves having the opportunity to work and serve her sisters!
