Apply to Be a Chapter Consultant!

If you’ve got a love for Sigma Alpha and a desire to give back, have leadership experience, and maybe even possess a few years of professional work experience – this may be the role for you. Chapter Consultants mentor and coach chapter officers toward successful operation of their chapter. In this role, you regularly communicate with up to eight assigned chapters.

Additionally, you will travel to about four chapters each year, which may require time away from work. If you have questions, contact the Collegiate Membership Director at collegiate@sigmaalpha.org.

Apply for the National Sorority Board!

Are you a Sigma Alpha alumna that would like to devote her time, energy and expertise to helping Sigma Alpha excel? The benefits our Sorority and collegians receive from our strong core of alumnae volunteers are immeasurable and help our Sorority soar!

The National Sorority Board governs the sorority in accordance with the National Bylaws, policies and procedures. They provide guidance to collegiate and alumnae chapters, facilitate the bonds of sisterhood between members and serve as representatives of Sigma Alpha at sorority, industry and affiliated association events.

Are you interested in serving the organization in a way that will provide sisters from across the country with an unparalleled professional development opportunity? The National Sorority Board is currently seeking applications for two-volunteer Alumnae to serve as Leadership Seminar Facilitators to develop and present high-quality professional content for members at the 2025 Sigma Alpha/Alpha Gamma Rho Leadership Seminars.

This is an incredible opportunity to apply your experience and creativity to design and deliver professional content that prepares members for career and leadership success. Alumnae members with skills in teaching and/or workshop facilitation and coaching and who are able to meet the vigorous time commitment are encouraged to apply through the Greenhouse. Applications are due August 1st, for a one-year appointment.  Please contact the Professional Development Director (professionaldevelopment@sigmaalpha.org) to learn more or to recommend a candidate.

Are you interested in serving the organization in a way that will provide sisters from across the country with an unparalleled professional development opportunity? The National Sorority Board is currently seeking applications for a volunteer Alumnae to serve as Leadership Seminar Coordinator, to coordinate the planning and implementation of high-quality professional programming for members at the 2025 and 2026 Sigma Alpha/Alpha Gamma Rho Leadership Seminars.

This is an incredible opportunity to apply your experience and creativity to lead the design and delivery of professional programming that prepares members for career and personal leadership success.
