National Sorority Board 2021 Slate

The Nomination Committee is pleased to present the following slate of National Sorority Board (NSB) candidates. In accordance with national bylaws, they will be voted on during the Sigma Alpha Sorority National Convention on Saturday, July 24, 2021.

The Nomination Committee has reviewed all applications submitted, interviewed each of the candidates, verified that each of the candidates meet the qualifications outlined in the National Bylaws, and voted upon the slate of candidates below. Applicant resumes will be included in the delegate package that will be emailed to delegates prior to Convention.

At National Chapter Congress, any alumna that meets the National Bylaw qualifications to run for National Sorority Board may be nominated from the floor of Convention for each of the positions. After the nominations close for each position, the candidates will speak and two others will speak on their behalf. Then, voting takes place, and the elected officers are announced.

Lynn Bartholomew

Lynn graduated from University of Wisconsin – River Falls in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing communications. She was the website and social media chair at the Beta Zeta Chapter and also served as the fundraising chair at University of Wisconsin – River Falls Alumnae Chapter from 2016-2018. Lynn began her postition as a National Chapter Consultant in 2019. She is a marketing communications specialist at Kuhn North America, Inc. In her free time, Lynn chairs the newsletter committee for the Public Relations Society of America, likes to farm with her family, spend time with friends, write, bake, and travel.

Andrea Schroeder

Andrea graduated from South Dakota State University in 2016 with a degree in Ag Communications and served as president and sisterhood chair at the Omega chapter. In 2020, Andrea served as an AGR/Sigma Alpha Leadership Seminar Facilitator. She is the owner of Avenue A by Andrea, focusing on weddings, portraits and livestock photography. When she isn’t behind the camera or computer, you can find Andrea playing with her son or traveling to visit extended family on their farms in Nebraska and South Dakota.
