Convention Registration Instructions
Use the following steps to guide you through the process of registering for the 2019 National Convention in the Greenhouse.
Step 1:
- Login to the Greenhouse (www.my.sigmaalpha.org).
- If you don’t have an account, learn how now.
- Locate “2019 Sigma Alpha National Convention” under Upcoming Events.
- Select “2019 Sigma Alpha National Convention” to register.
Step 2:
- You will be redirected to the 2019 Sigma Alpha National Convention registration page.
- Scroll down.
- Select “Click to Register”.
Step 3:
- Verify name, email address and phone number.
- If information is incorrect:
- Select “My Information” tab in Greenhouse to edit.
- Save and return to registration.
- If information is incorrect:
- Complete registration details.
- Select registration package – Alumnae ONLY*
- Enter Attendee Cell Phone
- Enter Emergency Contact’s Name
- Enter Emergency Contact’s Phone Number
- Select Dietary Needs/Restrictions
- Explain Dietary-Other/Allergy (optional, if applicable)
- Select Tentative Transportation Mode to get to Scottsdale
- Indicate if want to volunteer for the Convention Choir
*Note: Collegiate members’ registration defaults to Full Conference, and amount is already entered. Alumnae have the option to select Full Conference or Alumnae Weekend Registration.
Step 4:
- Enter Billing and Payment Information.
- Amount to be paid/charged is displayed below Payment Information.
- Select “Register”.
Registration Confirmation:
Congratulations, you have registered for the 2019 Convention. Your registration details will display at the bottom of the screen, and you will also receive a confirmation email/receipt. We look forward to seeing you in Scottsdale, AZ!
